Responsibility

Sustainability

Responsible management is one of our core principles: Whenever we have a decision to take, we make a sincere effort to consider its economic, ecological and social effects and achieve an appropriate balance of interests.

Thanks to optional quality seals and certifications, we also ensure the high quality of our products.

At all our locations, we fulfil the environmental protection regulations and act in an eco-conscious manner. We constantly strive to improve our life cycle assessment through efficient and sustainable use of all resources.

We are a member of the German Partnership for Sustainable Textiles and adhere to the Code of Conduct set out by the Confederation of the German Textile and Fashion Industry.

We believe that acting sustainably is the basis for future profitable growth and we are convinced that our clients will also increasingly consider this aspect in their decision-making processes.

Social Commitment

One of our basic corporate principles is a commitment to the well-being of society and its citizens. We support and promote various organisations in Germany that are dedicated to charitable causes and are actively involved in the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the Confederation of the German Textile and Fashion Industry.

Art and culture also allow us to look at the world and its processes from different perspectives. We support young artists whose works anticipate socio-political processes and reflect these in a way that is sophisticated in both form and content. We are inspired by their remarkable and surprising solution strategies; these encourage us to think creatively in order to come up with alternatives. Society, politicians and the business world depend on this dialogue.

In this area, we are particularly dedicated to supporting the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's Trustee Programme EHF 2010, the Verein der Freunde der Nationalgalerie (Association of Friends of the National Gallery) and the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI e.V. (Association of Arts and Culture supported by the German Economy at the Federation of German Industries).
