- During this training, you will learn how to manage business processes in the company, especially in the areas of procurement, production management, sales, controlling, human resources and secretarial services.
- In Materials Management, for example, offers are compared, purchase orders are triggered, and the receipt and storage of goods are managed. In Production Management, you plan, control and monitor production and draft order accompanying documents. In Sales, your responsibilities include order processing. And in Controlling, business transactions are processed, booked and controlled. In Human Resources, it is still a matter of determining staff requirements and assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff.
- An interest in commercial processes, communication skills, accuracy and the ability to use foreign languages are important for the training.

Location
Zwickauer Kammgarn GmbH is located at Schneeberger Straße 135 in Wilkau-Haßlau in the Silberstraße district, an idyllic town in the Zwickau district of Saxony. The company is conveniently located close to the A72 freeway and is therefore easy to reach. In addition, the plant site starts opposite the "Silberstraße" stop of the Deutsche Bahn, so that many employees arrive by public transport. We have flexibly adjusted the working hours to the Deutsche Bahn times.
The company premises are modern and well maintained. It includes production and storage halls as well as office buildings. Production is carried out at a high technical level by a motivated and qualified team. Many of our current managers have learned with us from the bottom up and are now master craftsmen or foremen.
All break rooms have been refurbished in the last two years. We provide drinks as well as fruit and vegetables to all employees free of charge.
