For the training we are looking for students with
- a good secondary modern school diploma or secondary school diploma
- mechanical and technical interest and understanding
- motor skills
- a quick grasp of things

Die Zwickauer Kammgarn GmbH befindet sich in der Schneeberger Straße 135 in Wilkau-Haßlau im Ortsteil Silberstraße, einem idyllischen Ort im Landkreis Zwickau in Sachsen. Das Unternehmen liegt verkehrsgünstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn A72 und ist somit einfach zu erreichen. Außerdem beginnt das Werksgelände gegenüber dem Haltepunkt „Silberstraße“ der Deutschen Bahn, sodass viele Mitarbeiter mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen. Die Arbeitszeiten haben wir flexibel auf die Zeiten der Deutschen Bahn angepasst.
Das Firmengelände ist modern und gepflegt. Es umfasst Produktions- und Lagerhallen sowie Bürogebäude. Die Produktion erfolgt auf hohem technischem Niveau und wird von einem motivierten und qualifizierten Team durchgeführt. Viele unserer heutigen Führungskräfte haben von der Pike an bei uns gelernt und sind heute Meister oder Vorarbeiter.
Alle Pausenräume wurden in den letzten zwei Jahren neu hergerichtet. Getränke sowie Obst und Gemüse stellen wir allen Mitarbeiter kostenlos zur Verfügung.
