Founder and General Managing Partner
"Corporate responsibility is key to the way we think and act.
Our long-term success relies on sustainable management and supporting the community that nourishes us."
General Managing Partner
"Our focus is on establishing and maintaining customer relationships that are based on partnership. High product quality, unconditional delivery reliability and a passion for innovations are key elements."
Corporate responsibility is one of the fundamental core principles our actions are based on: whenever we take a decision, we make every effort to consider the consequences from an economic, social and ecological aspect in order to ensure a fair balance of interests.
We also guarantee the high quality of our products through voluntary quality seals and certifications.
We meet the environmental legislation requirements at all of our sites. We act in an environmentally conscious way whilst constantly striving to improve our environmental footprint by using all resources efficiently and sustainably.
For example, we are members of the Partnership for Sustainable Textiles and comply with the Textile+Fashion Confederation's Code of Conduct.
We consider acting sustainably as the basis for future profitable growth. We are convinced that our customers will also increasingly consider this aspect in their decision-making processes.
One of our basic corporate principles is a commitment to the well-being of our society and its citizens. We support and promote various organisations in Germany dedicated to charitable causes. Our active involvement in the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the Textile+Fashion Confederation also indicates our belief in corporate citizenship.
Art and culture, too, allow us to look at the world and its processes from different perspectives. We support young artists whose works anticipate socio-political processes and reflects these in a way that is sophisticated both in form and content. We get inspiration from their unusual and surprising solution strategies that encourage us to think creatively in order to come up with alternatives. Society, politicians and the business world depend on this dialogue.
In this area, we are particularly dedicated to supporting the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung foundation's Trustee Program EHF 2010, the Verein der Freunde der Nationalgalerie and the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI e.V. (Association of Arts and Culture of the German Economy at the Federation of German Industries).
