Diversity is not just a buzzword for us; it’s a basic principle that we act on every day. For example, we have people from many different countries working for us and the proportion of female employees is around 50%.


We have a vision. We want to make our group of companies climate-neutral by 2030. To achieve this, we will reduce our CO² emissions as much as possible and compensate for the rest via climate protection projects. We launched our PepVision in 2019. Since then we have already implemented several measures with several more already lined up.


We offer the option to lease a work bike via JobRad. This means employees can do something for themselves and the environment at the same time.


PEPPER4YOU is an internal platform on which employees provide information to other employees. You can also find materials such as guidelines, announcement and sustainability KPIs. Out topmost concern: maximum possible transparency.
