We are a medium-sized textile manufacturing company with approximately 240 employees in Romania/ Brașov/ Codlea and 70 employees in Germany/ Rodewisch. We are part of an industrial group of companies.

What you can expect from us

We are looking for a dedicated and talented Maintenance Technician to join our team. 
You will need experience in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment and technical installations. Focused on quickly identifying faults and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. 
Good teamwork skills, adherence to technical procedures and safety standards.
At least 3 years of professional experience is preferred.

What are your responsibilities?

Responsibilities: 
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance 
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical equipment 
  • Rapid response to resolve malfunctions
  • Monitoring equipment operation
  • Reading and interpreting technical diagrams 
  • Working with tools and measuring equipment 
  • Automation (PLC – a plus) 
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Preparing intervention reports
  • Compliance with OHS regulations 
  • Organizational and prioritization skills

  • Previous experience in industrial or technical equipment maintenance.
  • Proactive and responsible
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Structured, solution-oriented work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications or accreditations in the field of maintenance are a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations is a plus.
  • Medium English language skills; German is a plus (for communication within the international company).
