What you can expect from us
At least 3 years of professional experience is preferred.
What are your responsibilities?
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve established objectives.
- Manage the budget allocated to operations, monitoring expenses and optimizing resources.
- Supervise the activities of subordinate departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitors key performance indicators and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Develops and implements standardized operational processes, adhering to industry best practices.
- Implements technological solutions for process automation and productivity improvement.
- Regularly reports to management on operational and product performance, proposing corrective measures and development strategies.
2. Technical Optimization and Continuous Improvement
- Coordinates modernization and automation projects.
- Coordinates and optimizes maintenance processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Prepares Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and technical reports.
- Optimizes workflows and technological processes
- Manages the maintenance budget and tracks expenses.
- Ensures the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Negotiates with equipment and service suppliers.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Updates and creates: technical documentation, inspection and maintenance checklists for equipment/production lines, procedures for technological processes, and procedures for workstations.
What do we expect from you?
- Technical education
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Previous experience in industrial or technical equipment maintenance
- Proactive and responsible
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or accreditations in the field of maintenance are a plus
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of English; German is a plus (for communication within the international company)
