"The positive result makes us very proud, because it shows us that we not only talk sustainably, but also act sustainably.
Over the past three years, we have consistently collected key figures regarding the ecological, economic and social dimensions of sustainability, evaluated them and identified potential for improvement. Thus we were able to initiate targeted measures and implement new processes within the company.
The EcoVadis certificate proves that we are on the right track. However, we also take the award as an opportunity to continuously improve ourselves.
We are therefore delighted to say, now and in the future, that sustainable action has become a matter of course for every employee at Peppermint."

Up to now more than 90,000 companies have participated in EcoVadis' global sustainability assessments.
In the course of the evaluations, CSR experts comprehensively analyse performance in the categories of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
The EcoVadis methodology for assessing a company's CSR management systems is based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Index (GRI), ISO 26000 and the Global Compact guidelines.
Peppermint achieved a top rating in the areas of environment, labour and human rights, and sustainable procurement, placing it in the top 2% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the sector "Spinning, weaving and finishing of textiles".
To us, this means: after the assessment is before the assessment. We want to improve even more and continuously expand our action plan in the coming months.
