Peppermint expands its executive leadership team. Ulrike Bergler appointed Managing Director

The Peppermint Group is strengthening its leadership team.

Effective April 1, Ulrike Bergler will be appointed Managing Director. Together with Ingeborg Neumann and Marcus Baumbach, she will help drive the continued development of our group of companies.

Ulrike Bergler represents a career path that combines hands-on experience, continuous development, and strategic responsibility, from her early beginnings through various roles all the way to senior leadership. She brings more than 25 years of experience and a deep understanding of people, organizations, and transformation processes. She is distinguished by authentic leadership and a consistent focus on pragmatic solutions.

Ulrike has been part of Peppermint since September 2023. In her new role as Managing Director, she will be responsible for Human Resources, Marketing, IT, and Internal Communications. With the appointment of Ulrike Bergler as our new Managing Director, we are broadening the leadership of our group with fresh perspectives and additional expertise.
